Partner requests an event, Dean approves it and gets funding, group logins are prepared, laptops are set up on the day, and every app built is logged, fed back on and claimed. No spreadsheets, no loose links.
The workflow
Every event moves through the same six stages, and the portal always shows who acts next.
The partner submits the date, school, year group and numbers. Group logins are estimated as you type.
A block of account numbers is reserved, one login per group is created, and the mailboxes are provisioned.
The Ambassador Hub proposal is generated field by field, with a budget and the coupon request drafted.
Coupon code recorded. The partner gets the setup link, a QR code and a printable run sheet.
On the day the setup page walks each group through signing up, confirming email and adding bonus credits.
Every app is logged, standouts picked, feedback captured and the apps worth keeping claimed.

On the day
Each group opens one link, picks their group number, and follows five steps: copy their email, sign up with email, copy the password, confirm the email, add the bonus credits. The group number is remembered on that device.
No login. It only opens once the event is ready or live.
